Returns and Exchanges
For sanitary reasons returns and exchanges are not allowed. Please be sure to measure for the appropriate fit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Shipping
Express shipping (2-9 days )is 14.99 but not available for custom items
NOTE: YOUR PACKAGE MAY BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY IF IT CONTAINS A COMBINATION OF PRODUCTS. IF THIS HAPPENS, YOU WILL RECEIVE TWO DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBERS!
Non Customized items take 1-5 working days to be processed before dispatching .
Ready To Ship Items will be ready and shipped out within 24-48 Business Hours. If an order is placed during a Sale or Holiday, processing time may be extended.
Custom Jewelry requires up to 5 weeks to be created before dispatching excluding Weekends and Holidays. Once ready, the order will be shipped out and the customer will be notified via Email. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders placed during a major Sale or Holiday may experience extended processing time.
If a delay were to occur on any order, the customer will be notified via Email.
Shipping
All packages are shipped out via USPS unless We choose to ship with a different carrier for whatever reason. All packages must be signed for upon delivery. If a signature is not provided upon delivery, the package will be sent back to the Local Post Office and it must be picked up and signed for at that location unless the option is given to schedule a Redelivery. Customers will always receive a Tracking Number once a package is shipped out. Tracking Numbers are sent out via Email. Shipping is 2-3 Days (Domestic only) after an order has been fully processed and shipped out. International Shipping is 5-7 Days after an order has been fully processed and shipped out.
